How do I know when a unit is available?
Typically, when a home is listed for rent on Zillow, Trulia, or HotPads, it is available to lease as of the date specified in the listing. Be the first to know of upcoming home for rent in Mahomet by Subscribing to our properties. You can also Contact Us to inquire on availability.
Can I view the lease?

What steps do I need to take to lease a home?
We strive to make leasing a home an easy, enjoyable experience. For your convenience, the entire leasing process can be completed online. The leasing process is as follows:
Complete our online application form via the Apply Now buttons found throughout our website or click here. One application per adult (18 years+) is required. Application fees are $35 per person and are non-refundable. Once your application has been submitted, we may request more information if necessary, and typically you will receive the status of your application within 1 - 3 business days.
Upon application approval you will be directed to submit your security deposit online found here, on our Residents tab. For the security deposit amount, please refer to the listing of the property you are applying for.
Once we have received the security deposit, your lease will be sent out via Docusign to the email addresses provided in your application(s) unless otherwise specified.
When is my lease secured?
Upon signatures by all parties (Lessee(s) and Lessor) executed on the lease your lease is then guaranteed. Please complete the application process steps as soon as possible. Time is of the essence; due to high demand we will attempt to give you 24 - 48 hours to submit the security deposit after approval has been issued and 24 - 48 hours to sign the lease after the lease has been sent out for signatures.
What is included in the application?

How accurate are the pictures in the listing?
Pictures in listings may not be of your exact unit. Some units may have minor differences in finishes or mirrored layout. Please refer to our Listing Notice for more information.

What is included in rent?

Are pets allowed?
Our properties for rent in Mahomet are pet friendly. We allow for up to a total of two cat(s) and/or dog(s). Please see our Pet Policy for information regarding pets.
How do I pay rent online or set up automatic rent payments?

How do I submit a maintenance request?
Submitting a maintenance request is quick and easy. To submit a maintenance request please Log In to your Resident portal found on the Residents tab. The maintenance request can be found on the left hand side of the main Resident portal page.
Is Renter's Insurance Required?
Renter's insurance is not required unless you have a pet(s), but it is highly recommended. You are free to purchase renter's insurance through any insurance company or use our preferred provider, Chad Graham.
